1. Eligibility

2. Nature of the service

Kaurpreet is a booking agency that connects clients with adult companions in Aerocity and Delhi. Any arrangement is made at the mutual discretion and consent of both parties and within the bounds of applicable law.

3. Booking and payment

• Bookings are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp — see our contact page.
• Payment is made in cash on arrival, after you meet your companion. We do not take advance payments.
• The price quoted at the time of booking is the full amount payable.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Treat your companion with respect at all times. Any form of abuse, coercion, or non-consensual behaviour will end the booking immediately.
• Do not record, photograph, or publish the companion without explicit consent.

5. Behaviour and cancellation

We or the companion may decline or end a booking if a client is intoxicated, abusive, or breaches these terms. Cancellation with reasonable notice is acceptable; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Content on this site

Profiles, photographs, and text on this site are provided for information. See our Content & Model Release page for how imagery is used.

7. Limitation of liability

We act as a booking agency and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from a booking, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of New Delhi.
