1. Purpose

This page sets out how Kaurpreet handles imagery, consent, and age records for the profiles and photos published on kaurpreet.com. It follows the principles of the U.S. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping framework and equivalent good practice, and it applies to all content on this site, not only content produced in any one country.

2. Age verification and consent

• Every person featured on this site is 18 years of age or older.
• Each model has provided consent for the use of their photographs and details on this website.
• Consent is obtained before publication and can be withdrawn by the model, after which the content is removed.

3. Record keeping

We maintain records of the consent and age verification provided by each model. These records are held securely and are available to relevant authorities on lawful request. Records are kept for as long as required and handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
